Every order is prepared by hand and dispatched within 48 hours. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

The exact delivery options and cost for your address are always shown at checkout, before any payment is taken.

You have 30 days from delivery to return the Rose Box for a full refund.

• The box must be in its original condition and packaging
• Write to us first and we will confirm the return address
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the parcel reaches us
• If it arrives damaged, send a photo and we will replace or refund it in full

Would you prefer another rose colour — red, pink or blue? Write to us within the 30-day window and we will arrange the exchange.
